  I purchased a pair of shoes. I tried the shoes on in the store but the associate told me that I should go home and try the shoes on with thinner socks when I got home. I went to the store and wanted to return my shoes because they did not fit and the so called “manager” told me I couldn’t return them because they were worn. Those shoes were sold to me like that and the associate that rung me out did not check for sizing or condition of the shoe she just scanned the box for me. I am very offended by the staffing at this location and I will not be shopping here ever again. I’m glad I was able to contact the corporate office and they were able to give me good service and return me shoes for me for my refund. Don’t come to this store. You’re better off going to the Finish Line at Richmond Mall or going to Footlocker.
